Fixed Saxony bloodline not working in some cases

Fixed Hannibal Barca Bloodline not getting awarded with some CB's like holy war

Longevity and Black Widow bloodlines are now restricted for AI(if you chose the option).

Papal bloodlines and china invasion bloodlines work better for multiplayer. (It is possible that if 2 or more players have same dynasty event will pop up multiple times and grant same bloodline more times. As I can't do multiplayer tests I need feedback to see if there is a problem atm)

Initial bloodlines for AI event will not fire every time you open the game if you have chosen no restrictions for AI
Initial bloodlines for AI event will only fire for 1 player in multiplayer games now

China invasion event works better for multiplayer games now(will fix other bloodlines that work with dynasties for multiplayer soon)
