Release v0.4.4.

...So it turns out that the nodes provided by the creator of the map don't actually work. Because of this, I am re-doing the nodes from scratch! Although this will take a while, it will be worth it in the end.

- Added nodes to all of the first floor.

- Patched up some old parts of the navmesh to make the nextbots move more consistently.
- Added more support for the outdoor area near spawn area.
- Fixed some bugs with nextbots getting stuck on some of the rocks.
