MAJOR scenery update, new truck that drives through, lighting rework, more cover, new rooftop area, etc. From now on, updates will be released weekly to focus on BIG additions.

Partially synced up the train, will still go off course a bit occasionally. Added 90 second cooldown to scanner and re-activated it, fixed music adjusting for ALL players, flashlight repair.
