Fix Tempest Double instant die BUG
Fix creature run out of cell BUG

Adjust stacking of Sky Staff (Star force) and Torture Pipe.
Now the Additive stacking wiill replace multiplicative stacking.
For Example:
Old version （200%x300%=600%）
New version（200%+300%=500%）
Sniper Shrapnel, Cold Feet will effected by Torture Pipe
Temporarily Remove Leshrac Lightning Storm.
Fix Caustic Finale, it now have slow Debuff.
Fix Tempest Double, hopefully it can fix crash problem.

Supernova can't multicast now.
Primal Split can't multicast now.
Supernova, Brew Master's Element is invulnerable in Fountain Area
If one team player all leave game, their hero will be instantly killed. Aegis will not works.
Now Torture Pipe will effect damage of Item Radiance
Remake Requiem, it will not require Necromastery Soul any more . I will release wave in fix number(18)

Add new set of items Torture Pipe
Passive:Unstable Affliction Increase damage over time (DOT) spell, base on hero attributes.
Following ability will be increased by Torture Pipe:
Venomous Gale, Poison Sting, Poison Nova, Poison Attack, Nethertoxin, Corrosive Skin, Viper Strike, Frostbite, Battle Hunger, Doom, Magnetize, Burning Spear, Icarus Dive, Fire Spirits, Acid Spray, Rot, Nature's Grasp, Leech Seed, Overgrowth, Searing Chains, Fiend's Grip, Poison Touch, Thunder Strike, Static Storm, Dual Breath, Liquid Fire, Ignite, Shadow Poison, Arcane Curse, Last Word, Shadow Word, Wraithfire Blast, Shadow Strike, Chakram, Second Chakram, Meteor Hammer, Urn of Shadows, Fallen Sky

Player will be mute when cast Icarus Dive. This change will fix a bug that player can escape from Cell.

Adjust Bot AI, now it can learn more builds.

Now if all player in one team have abandon the game, the Aegis will not work. Team will lose soon.
Add new function for AI, now it can Bet.
Fix a bug that Icarus Dive + EX Machina can escape from Cell.

Temporarily Remove Tempest Double , because it crashes game.
Now Aegis Protection can't be Purged.
Fix a bug that some hero attack Animation works wrong when cast Enrage.
Improve item swap essence,now the bot controlled hero will auto-accept swap propose.
Improve item swap essence,you can swap two conflict ability , for example you can swap Hero A Bad Juju with Hero B Phase Shift ( But Still can't swap conflict ability to same hero)

If player abandon game before round 6. He will not get Joker Coin and will not increase MMR at the end of game.（Still can lose MMR）
If player abandon game, his hero will be taken over by AI.

If player early leave Rate >20%, he will be marked as Early Leaver, he will not get any Free Join Coin. Until the end of Month or his early leave Rate <20%.

Add a Bot Mode
In Cheat Mode, type in "bot" in team selection Screen, All empty Slot will fill in with AI bot.
Bot Mode will not record MMR, It can help nood player to get familiar with game.

AI Take Over Beta, now 2x6 and 5v5 Map‘s early leave player will be took over by AI
Now the Pass need 500 joker coins.

End July Season of 2020, clean all MMR Data.
Players with 1950+(FFA or DUOS) will get a limited particle.

Walrus Kick now can't multicast.
Fix a bug that Swap Essence can swap conflict abilities to same hero.
Now Aegis Protection can't be purged.
Fix a bug that throw tree and Unstable Concoction has zero CD.

Buring Army has been removed from ability pool.
Buring Army now is Clinkz Aghanim's Scepter ability.(align with 7.27b)
Centuar Return(Old) has been removed.
Adjust Jingu Mastery value,(align with 7.27b)
Caustic Finale will not get buff from Sky Staff and Star force.
Super nova is conflict with Rattletrap model.
Add Aghanim's Scepter ability for Pudge : Eject.
Adjust 5v5 Map. Fix QOP blink jump to middle problem.
5v5 Map now hero have 6 Initial Aegis
