Decrease Neutral Item Drop Rate. Now 1x8 map will drop maximum of 3 items in same Level.
Add a new item in shop Omniscient Book, Consume: Omniscient Retraining Choose a ability to unlearn and select a new one from all abilities.
Increase cost of paragon book (12000->13000)
Temporarily Remove Wukong Command.

Rework Neutral Item Drop, now the drop rate and drop number +500%.
Neutral Item can't sell, but can teleport to stash.
Rework on Score rank, now the rank will based on new score (DotaMind Score)
Nerf roshan (-10%)
Increase the chance that player select own hero ability. (+7%)

End November Season of 2020, clean all MMR Data.
Players with 1950+(FFA or DUOS) will get a limited particle.

Add a new panel - bet history. Add a new button in right-bottom to show bet income.
Slightly increase round prepare time after round 40.
Fix bug of swap essence.
Buff torture pipe. （0.85 1.2 -->0.9 1.25）

Roll back some changes of long distance Blink ability.
Blink, Illusory Orb,Burrowstrike...etc range is back to normal.
Add Reality for Spectre Haunt.
Teleport is added to Spell Pool.
