Reword on Sky staff and Force of Star Torture Pipe1 and Torture Pipe2.
Now the effect is Spell Amplification. Spell Amplification can show in hero panel.
Press ALT will check the spell damage after Amplification.
Now the damage number is equal to the true damage when you have Sky staff or Torture Pipe.
To balance it, nerf Blood Stone 2 life steal 7%->3.5%

Choose map halloween_1x8 to start game.

Pumpkin King send Halloween gold for all players.
The higher damage deal to Pumpkin King, the more gold will receive.
