End 3rd Season of 2022, clean all MMR Data.
Players with 3700 +(FFA or DUOS) will get a limited particle.

Now hero will not get Fountain Invulnerable when die in duel.
Voodoo Restoration will get buff from Torture Pipe.

But If Voodoo Restoration has 25 talent , will not get buff from Torture Pipe,Sky Staff, Star force.
Now Disseminate will not get buff from Sky Staff and Star force.
