- Fixed some issues related to Multicast
- Fixed an issue that Freezing Field could not trigger Multicast correctly

- Multicast now no longer has a trigger delay
- Chakram now can trigger Multicast
- Chakram's pass damage is no longer increased by Torture Pipe

- Try to fix the issue that players can profit from Empty Spell Scroll.

- Reaper's Scythe: Now it can be cast to enemy creep. No more kill under this effect is credited to casters. If this attack kills the target, part of Reaper's Scythe cooldown is reduced and its mana cost is refunded.
