Reason:
I wanted to update Bepis since I've seen it being used on casual servers, I tried to rebalance the drink to keep it a spammable / easy to acquire drink, but also tried to give it more of a unique way to be useful for actual gameplay, this obviously is a tough thing to do so I can see myself mishandling it, to which I'm open for feedback if that is the case.

Bepis now is 3x more fun to play with since you can load it throw it and hit people with it, and has some actual use for certain situations that can make players go "I could use a Bepis right now"
