- Finally found out what was preventing me from updating the existing file. I feel like such a dunce now.

- Added assets from Oil Ocean Zone to the background, since the refinery equipment fit the theme of CPZ.
- Generally lowered the foregound and background so more of it would be visible in general matches
- Centred the Chemical Waterfall in BGlayer 2, since it was driving me insane
- The Water is now properly in the fore-foreground, as in, it appears over the characters when they are 'submerged'. I may change the color of the water to be less opaque for competitivity sake.
