Updated to use new ascension path system. Leaders should gain psionic trait as appropriate. Overwrote assimilation rights file to ensure system doesn't explode when being used. Gestalt version temporarily disabled until I have further time to edit files.

Update adding the much requested Psionic Machine Intelligence option. Added parallel technologies, traits, and shroud events where they wouldn't make sense for Machine Intelligences. Machine Transcendence ascension perk requires Synthetic Age to take. AI Empires will not take the perks by default now.
