Fixed starting hitbox error

crashes the game if he dies so he can't die lol

you know the drill.
Ronald gaucho was updated, I updated kick. now to wait for the next gaucho update...

Now lvl9 cpu beats ronald gaucho by time-out.
Every time I discover someone stronger, the cpu will be buffed to defeat them.

-Up air's last hitbox has increased range
-Dair has more knock back, lower launch angle and increased range

Made so the lvl9 cpu is totally unbeatable.
Ultra godmode is activated once he reaches 1 stock or once he gets bored of not being able to destroy his enemies.

Made this change so he can beat cosmic ronald btw
