Re-done the animations for the turret and hopefully made it more stable.

Added functioning lights, reduced speed to 80km/h for stability, improved hover capability (it doesn't sink by simply tapping it with a boot) and gave the gunner the ability to aim the weapon by pressing right click.

Whoops I accidentally changed it into an Asyyel Funpack. Changed it back again to normal.

Made the hammer not randomly go back when the gun is empty.

Fixed the gun rotation animation.
