- Added stream and pond work to 5_2 island level

- Reworked lift mechanics completely, no more bounce
- Added rope supports to lift
- Fixed sound issues with lift going up and down
- Repaired missing lift button.
- Replicating sounds and platform movement now update across all clients in game.
