Updated train removal code to make it more efficient. Removed old, deprecated code. Added proper idle animations. Networked lag compensation properly. Changed how the icon is rendered again to only use one file.

Made the weapon icon for the Train Gun smoother.

Added lag compensation to primary and secondary functions. Moved weapon to "Stik's Weapons". Nerfed secondary fire rate to decrease lag on servers. Removed need to be admin for the weapon to work. Removed Lua compression, as it's not needed.
