Hotfix Backpacks

Adds two new vehicles for use by Infantry, the "Light Bantha" and the "Light Strike Vehicle".
Those are essentially the Bantha Mk2 and the CSAT LSV, with a machinegun equivalent of a .50 cal.
In addition, the Crew Protection on the Light Bantha was increased to allow for Crew and Passengers to not get killed by touching a small tree with the vehicle.
Light Bantha was given the same AI Script as the Oryx has.

Oryx sounds were changed to use the same sounds as the Bantha, because the Oryx engine is frankly rather loud.

Adjusted Swarm Vultures to inherit from the new 3AS Vultures.

Fixed the Vehicle and Droideka Shield to work properly in Multiplayer.
Fixed he Clone Engineer Vest carrying capacity increase.
Fixed the Falcon's Forward Thruster script.

Thanks to Vespade from Fireteam Zulu to allow us to use the Falcon scripts. Full credit for the Falcon Forward Thruster scripts go to him and the FZ Team.

The big Shields update! Which also adds a vest, heavy repeater reskin, and some small quality of life changes.

Added Shield Bubbles for:
Oryx
TX-130
Y-Wing
Z-95 Headhunter
Droideka

All vehicles protected by a shield bubble will get attacked by AI, no more cases of AI stopping to shoot because they think they can't see through the shield.

All shields passively regenerate at a slow rate. Once a shield gets destroyed, it will take some time for it to be available again, and even more time for it to be back to 100% strength.

While you are in a vehicle protected by a shield, the shield is going to inform you about its status whenever it regenerates a bit, or takes damage.

Shields play iconic Star Wars shield impact sounds when they are hit. Destroying them will cause an alarm as well as a blinking red light.

Tank shields are impervious to very light damage, like from light pistols. Everything else will slowly, or rapidly, chip away at the shield.
Plane shields are less resistant than tank shields.
Even a shielded Droideka can be taken out of action by a well-placed rocket hit.

In addition, the following changes were made:
Reskin of a 3AS E-Web to have a unit-neutral colored backpack.
Introducing of a Clone Engineer E-Web vest with increased carrying capacity, to make up for them not having a backpack.
Added a Jetpack with functional LR comms.
Falcon Pilot Camera moved to the noce for easier use.
104th ATRT in its first step. Currently no different than the base 3AS version.
Added I-TGT system to the Z-95 Headhunter.

OPTRE's Oryx Clone Variant added
Gave the Clone Oryx two skins: Full White, White and 501st Blue
Weapons on the Clone Oryx changed to have Star Wars laser weapons
Added a functionality to the Clone Oryx to spawn/delete an AI crew
Removed the 1 second timer on the ECM script before it jams incoming missiles
