Simplified magazine options for all weapons, and increased round count all around. Adjusted RPM and weight values for all weapons and magazines to reflect suggested changes. Added Westar M4 variant as a UGL-less SMG variant to the M5.
Reduced spread of 15A slightly. Reduced volume and switched to new SFX for 15C across all firemodes. Reduced spread of 15L across all firemodes slightly. Increased spread of 15S by a lot, it had the lowest value of all weapons because of an extra 0.
