-added the ability to move the bomb by pressing nspecial again while one is already out
-new taiko hit sfx for drumstick attacks
-sped up down air so it can be used after shorthopping + made the multihit part untechable
-buffed bomb knockback but decreased the hitbox size
-buffed knockback scaling on all strongs (and also adjusted their base knockback)
