Changed multiple things,
The mod icon for the workshop was made better
The textures were edited to be more 1996 looking
The LOD Bias was increased to 1, Making certain models low poly and others sprites.

I would like to remove the whole texture LOD gradient going on everywhere and just keep it all one LOD texture, but I'm dumb...

Changed the Ingame Badge icon and delet some unneeded code.
