v1.3 Fixing the fix, forgot to include a file that made all attacks from this weapon crash the game!

Sorry to anyone that experienced this! (possibly no-one as I had no error reports!)

That'll teach me to rush updates at 4:14am !

v1.2 Added multi-target 'fix' from Mitzruti's Immolator mod for Fine Control to the attacks from this weapon

v1.1 A change to how Mitzruti's chemthrower abilities for Chemstorm works forced an update here too.

The chemstorm storm ability is now no longer tied directly to the weapon, but to the damage type. In the case here the soldier will get Firestorm.
