Most likely one of the (many) small changes done in one of the updates in the past week or so, broke all saved games compatibility, and you might get the "Could not find human to store resource" error. If so, please start the scenario again.

Quick-fix for 2 houses overlapping in new Arctic location. Existing saves in this location might not be compatible.

Added "Arctic" location with the most extreme climate of all maps.
