Chapter 1.5 Update: The Veil Frays Further

-An update, at long last! Happy Halloween!
---Two brand new Ectomorph enemies have been added: The Boogeyman and the Maw. Enjoy testing your heroes against these new spookums! The Boogeyman can be encountered in any mission difficulty, while the Maw will only appear in Champion-level missions!

-A few balancing tweaks have been implemented for both the Paracausalist and the Ectomorphs, based on player feedback. Thanks everyone for your feedback! I read and consider everything, even if I don't respond directly.

-Groundwork is being laid by Chapter Two! Which hero will come next? No idea, that's what you'll decide: soon a poll will be announced to determine which hero will be developed for the next chapter of Beyond Mortality! Check out my twitter, the DD & MLD discord, and here on Steam to take part in the poll when it goes live.

-Did a bit of work on the Filthy Soul Ectomorph AI:
---They will use their buff abilities somewhat more often.
---Their party stress ability is a tad less terrifying than it used to be.

-This update adds four new color variants to the Paracausalist! Now you can get real with a crew of four ghost-busting heroes.

-The next major update will be the addition of two new Ectomorph enemies, coming soon! I will also be giving serious thought to how to balance and re-work the current Ectomorph enemies to make them better and more fun to fight, based on all of the community feedback I've been getting here and on the MLD modding discord.

-And speaking of the community, let me give a huge thank you to the community for pushing Beyond Mortality to over 10,000 subscribers! Hot dog! That's pretty amazing! Here's to many more as I continue to grow and develop Beyond Mortality!

-Balancing on the Paracausalist's abilities, including the following:
-Short Controlled Burst will no longer reduce attack damage. The hope is that this will make him more flexible and versatile in combat, since attacking without a big penalty is now always an option. I'm open to feedback on this, some may prefer the idea of attacking always lowering damage, for now I'd like to see how it works in practice.
-Goligher Cage will increase Stress damage taken by the Paracausalist for the battle only, instead of until the next Camp.
-Electroplasmic Overcharge cooldown can no longer be removed by Medicinal Herbs (cramming a bunch of twigs and dried leaves into the Vril Engine is not sound science).

-Changed the spawn rates of the Ectomorphs, and added new mash combinations.

-Fixed an issue that was causing a crash when the corpse of Ecto-Mass would attempt to revive itself.

-Added an alternate color version for the Paracausalist (more coming!)

-Did some balancing on the Paracausalist's damage abilities.

-Changed how the trinkets were set up so that Crimson Court trinkets will now drop from Courtyard quests and the Garden Guardian. They also have a rare chance to drop from certain powerful Ectomorphs.

-Lowered the spawn frequency of the Ectomorph enemy encounters - I *may* have set it a tad higher for release than it needed to be so everyone would see my awesome new ghosties more often. Future updates will add new Ectomorph enemies and will result in spawn rates being changed further as I add new and more diverse mashes.

-Set up placeholder files for all languages to better accommodate players using other language settings. I don't speak other languages (I barely speak english) so I can't personally do any other language translations, but if anyone wants to get in touch with me about translations feel free!
