1. Added delay config option. You can now change how often mod fixes online players.
2. Added scale repair and config option for it.
3. Added support for tick-based events from other mods and config option for it. Some mods require this option to be turned on (it's actually turned on by default).

Update 1.3: Added a preventive fix for the tag animations that would replace Hat Kid's original animations.

Update 1.2: Fixed debug messages config being turned on by default. Now you won't get any debug messages at all, even if debug messages are enabled.
