Checked and found nothing about security problems inside this mod (just in case)
Replaced some .dds files for the national focus, to A8R8G8B8 (maybe it will replace again to compressed ones for the frame rate problem)
Added and changed some description on events and national foci
Added some national foci related with Korea and PRC
Replaced the order of national focus "Smart Tonarigumi" following the recent actual event
Fixed unpreferable action of the forming alliance via the national focus (checked two cases about China and Russia)
