- Add rail check depth to Cargo Lift Controller info popup.

Initial Release 12/25/2019:
- Fix issue where the hot bar appears partially faded out after loading a world.
- Holobase information panels have been moved lower to not be obscured by the HUD.
- Mass Storage Output Ports will now search for a stack with the largest amount it can carry instead of the first it finds to avoid wasteful and/or repeated pulling of partial loads.
- Power generated, wasps killed, ore smelted, and items crafted popup window progression nags will no longer appear once the related achievement has been unlocked.
- Breaking a FALCOR Bomber will now drop the stored CryoBomb back to the player.
- Fix FALCOR Bomber info popup showing an incorrect initial fly state.
- FALCOR Bomber info popup will now show human readable states.
- Fix issue where machine windows may display icons slightly off in size and centering within the boxes.
- When teleporting into a room the location name will no longer change to and remain stuck as "Teleporting".
- Fix refinery controllers being re-oriented incorrectly when used against a stack of multiple vats (need feedback on if this is fixed completely).
- Bulk gas freight carts should now pickup compressed sulphuric gas.
- Fix issue where machines in some segments remain invisible when teleporting into a room (need feedback on if this is fixed completely).
- Extend maximum length of location name on HUD to 24 characters for longer room names and improve the animated text transition rate.
- Fix the slightly off horizontal centering of the location name on the HUD.
- Fix for custom room name not appearing on the HUD when teleporting between custom named rooms.
- The apostrophe key will no longer launch the console popup which interrupts use in setting signs.
- Changes to hive mind entity generation when using the All Ore mutator to ensure enough exist on the surface for research and stop any generation below 64m which can cause the game to freeze up or stop taking build orders when all large number hive minds spawn and try to migrate into ore and die.
- Stop popup panel from endlessly spamming when crash error occurs.
