Important hotfix concerning wrongly placed port in Enchancia. Won't affect save games.

Important fixes and changes:

* 1.9.1 Beta compatible. The reason for omitting 1.9 is missing localisation problem, which is fixed in 1.9.1.

* Revamped terrain map.

* Polish localisation is now fully supported.

* Enchancian Civil War is now fully playable by every side (3x monarchy, one fascist and one communist).

* Communist side of Enchancian Civil War will now start with Bosnia (previously granted to Amber) and Ridott (previously granted to James).

* Added Enchancian Children Parliament mechanic. It is available for Kingdom of Enchancia ruled by James.

* Added Wei-Ling Civil War.

* Expanded time of Sioux evacuation from their territory during war with Humsin, so now Yakari won't show as their leader during the war, as he isn't supposed to do this.

* Central Kingdom AI will do Enchancian-related focuses first more often, if Enchancia is player-controlled and Enchancian Civil War was averted (thanks Bananabus).

* Changed borders in Unity Peninsula in order to let Flower Hill win more often instead of ending being a democratic nation. Deleted Eagles (territory into Flower Hill) and Country of Apes (territory into Squirrels Republic and Republic of Ducks). Part of Ducks' territory transferred to Flower Hill.

* Added two new resources: Wood and Crystals. They are not usable yet.

* Disabled some political decisions and events from vanilla that caused uprisings and unwanted politics changes.

* As the result of above, Heinz Doofenshmirtz now won't give the presidency to his brother if fascist party popularity is lower than 50% in Danville.

* Hartmut will now attack Macius if he completes revelant focus (after convincing his neighbours to partition Central Kingdom). This was done in order to stay in line with events both in the book and animated movie.

* Changed AI so it will (hopefully) invade more often by sea.

* Achievements have now their icons and properly show requirements.

* La Resistance DLC: lowered costs of Intelligence Agency upgrades to fit the universe.

* La Resistance DLC: changed Operations - Coup Government and Collaboration Government ops are not available in this world; stealing Air Technology requires Modern Technology now.

* Reassigned some provinces to other states, so now some borders actually run on the rivers, and not away from them (if close to them).

* Changed the main menu layout due to pre-alpha version being very laggy in Husky.

* Changed seven existing loading screens. Main menu background now features Avalor.

* Added three new base loading screens, featuring Duloc, Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth.

* Crossover World Music has been split to two radios: monetized (with music from games or Creative Commons music or et cetera) and demonetized, so YouTubers or streamers can now use the music mod freely as they wish and not worry to get their videos demonetized.

* Changed main theme to Ascension by Joel Nielsen (from Black Mesa Xen soundtrack)

* Added Eurobeat Radio with Eurobeat music. You can also call it Torpedobeat, too.

* Eurobeat will primarily play for Japanifornia anytime. For other nations, it will trigger when they are at war.

* Renamed "The Music of Crossover World" radio to Crossover World Radio.

* Crossover World Music Monetized: added Appytimes (Stronghold).
