* EMS Radio updated to work with the shared addon

+ Added support for EMS Radio from the shared addon.
+ Added a text warning if the shared addon isn't installed. Hopefully it won't break servers again

+ Maintenance Truck now has a directional sign. It works similarly to openable doors, just press your fire button to unfold it and then simply use the indicators.

+ Swat van (from CSGO) has been added. Because why not
+ Gib models added for 95 sedan and 82 hatch

+ Re-Added the maintenance van
+ Added a new version of the Utility Truck
+ Van now has cargo bodygroups

* Hotfix - vehicles should now show up again normally

- Removed addon-specific lua file. This means the vehicles no longer spawn with random colors.
* Instead that was moved to my shared LUA addon, please see the description

+ Cement mixer now works. Use Right Mouse Button to turn it on
+ Utility Truck can now pull trailers.

* Trailers will now only show up if the trailer addon is installed.
