* Fixed: Some roads were owned (and paid for) by the player.
* Reduced the number of towns on the map to 72 (was 80). This is mainly to reduce urban density in some areas, particularly once towns start to grow due to increase in car ownership.
* Minor changes to some towns' cargo needs to balance out the removed ones.
* Small changes to the road network (incl. reduced bottleneck in Leeds) and placement of some industries.
* Corrected some industry names.
