Removed: Nordic Armory, DIE's Pack, TAR-21. These mods were removed because they were not working correctly.

Increased rare weapon spawns, increased APC spawns, decreased civil cars, shuffled S_USA mod spawns

Increased special gun spawns, increased water spawns, decreased grenade spawns, fixed misplaced spawns, small fixes

Yet again decreased civil car spawns, changed military plane spawns, removed broken item

- Decreased civilian vehicle spawns
- Decreased explosive and grenade spawns
- Fixed a bug where aircraft would spawn in the ground
- Slightly increased militia spawns
- The shooting range is now a deadzone and spawns a unique item (!)
- Tweaked position of huey spawns to better fit scene
- Fixed some minor issues

Added workshop sight id's, fixed a few things
