Kemmler was a noted Lichemaster and one whose power grew out of Chaos magic. Consequently, he alone of the Vampire Counts faction can form alliances with Chaos. He is also able to ally with and invite to wars Greenskins, there is a precedent of Kemmler manipulating Greenskins for the furthering of his own designs.

Alith Anar can no longer form "non aggression pacts" or "trade agreements" with the Dark Elves. This marks him out alone of the High Elves factions for having zero positive interaction with the Druchii. His only major interactions are to make war and sign peace. Alith Anar's only goal is to see the destruction of the Dark Elves, and to see Nagarythe restored.

I am generally looking to disrupt the hegemony 'Order' factions have with one another, both internally and externally. They currently dominate most save-games. I will always look to open up interesting ways for opposing factions to form bonds and cause problems for the 'Order', such as Kemmler. Allowing him to directly involve Chaos and Greenskins can, indirectly, set them up alongside the Vampire Counts as mutual allies against the Dwarves and Empire. If you have any other suggestions or ideas on scenarios such as this, please do let me know.
