New stygian nobility hair added for females commissioned by Mythos/Setna/Setnakhte of the Deadlands server. Give some time for a male equivalent to be designed and implemented.

Hotfix: Fixed the hair coloring to better match the color swatches and potential RGB settings from IQOL... basically the colors were bad.

Changes the material tangents... again. Hopefully the last time.
Adjusted gravity values so that hairs are less prone to pop up into the air during IK state switches and transitions between animations.
Adjusted Akuba's data tables thanks to the removal of table restrictions. Akuba's Data table range currently occupies 947001-947010 on each hair table per gender.

Mod's been recooked for the new update.

Fixed physics bug with the scalp of the witchbuns.

Refreshed the mod for Siptah Update.
Physics fixes to some of the hairs have been attempted.
Pak Compression has failed, still.

Physics fixes to some of the hairs have been applied.
Material changes to fix the weird tangents that may have caused discomfort with people's eyes.
Over all appearance changes / polygonal fixes.
Unfortunately, I could not get pak compression to work.
