Added junction borders to Highways.

Recolored traffic lights to American colors. Fixed the yellow line on medium streets.

Added the "Only" text on certain arrows for a more American look.

Removed the sidewalks on country roads. Fixed a texture issue on the directional arrows.

Made the yellow lines less bright. Town one way streets now have yellow border lines.
