Added rope crafting recipie. (30xRag or 30xRag(Dirty), can't mix the rags to work) [B42]

B42 version vehicle fixes enabled.

The mod now working with Build 42, some recipies gone because the game now has them.
Added new "Assembly" recipies(FireFighter Axe) and MetalWelding recipie(Metal BaseBall Bat) for Build 42.

Vinegar making reworked(You needs 2 separeted cooking pots with 0,5L filled of water and an another one with 0,5L of wine, both of them must be hot! You should use the inventory to craft the vinegar(Not the crafting menu).

Now you can craft Vinegar, DuctTape and you can fix your car seats with threads.

Added 2 recipies(Scrap Metal from Unusable Metal, Jar Lid from Tin Can) and 2 more fixing recipies(Car Mufflers, Tires). Fixed the bug that broke the mod update before.
