- Proper fix for cubemaps on non finale maps. This means metal objects shouldn't be overly shiny anymore and saves about 200mb of space.

- 2 New mutations that allow you either to play only L4D2 or L4D1 maps.
- Switched around Shantyhouse and NM Apartments in maplist so you can choose to start straigtht from L4D1 maps.

- You no longer have to wait for incapped to die during finale outtro to advance to next campaign.
- Most campaign finales now are redirected to use the regular finale scripts instead of the renamed ones.

- The Last Stand has been added.

- Fixed critical error in Part 2 that might cause other custom campaigns to crash. Parts are now conflicting with each other but that is fine.
