Removed Bound status on arrows to allow them to show in the inventory properly and not disappear.

Rainbow Arrows are now bound and will be automatically added to your inventory when Rainbow is equipped and removed when it is unequipped. (This is to prevent the AI from using the arrows against the player)
Rainbow Arrows will no longer appear in your inventory due to being bound.
Rainbow Arrows now have an enchantment that does 1 damage for each of the same elements that Rainbow has and will cause a total of 7 damage in an area effect.
Added load screen tips for Rainbow and for the Rainbow Arrows.
Updated Rainbow Arrow description.
Updated Rainbow charge to allow 50 arrows to be shot before needing to be recharged.
