Germany only Policies
- GEZ (=Television Licence)


No new simulations as "Water Demand" and "Water Supply" was already implemented.


Changes
- Tried to balance interest rate and purchasing power.
- Homeless Assistance Program has higher costs and is less effective
- Nuclear Waste Disposal costs decreased
- Better BBC, antismoking, TV-licence and Language Course images
- Cycling Campaign now influences Cycling Usage
- Language Course now cheaper, but also less effective
- Balanced Nuclear Power Station
- Waste Collection is less effective
