small fixes

added filters, thanks to findersword!

quieting the dromedary attempt 2.0 the genius Findersword found the issue (sounds have to be mono for volume controll to work)

fixed small noise error for small dromedary

made dromedaries less noisy. and maybe made them spawn in the desert (unsure)

changed requirements for cook and mason in RC
