Police cars/vans and helicopters in emergency will now be shown first at random and stay on the same vehicle until the emergency is over for that vehicle. If no police vehicle in emergency is found it will choose one randomly that is not in emergency, if there are none, it will randomly show a police related building, if none are found it will follow a random road.
