travel warp range uses real distance now instead of manhattanfixed some more occurences of default spawn location instead of real one

Reworked the travel system, players get automatically warped now.The /travel command is only used to create and remove paths

fixed /warpspawn to take the real spawn point instead of default
/purgebanner crashed on colonies without banner

fixed chat colors leaving an empty <color> tag when the color setting is not found.
