Add support for custom service vehicles for district and supply chain buildings. Compatible with Service Vehicle Selector 2. Excluded from consideration are transport lines, since there exist other mods that handle this customization.

Add support for ChirpX Launch Control Center.

Fix release district logic so that references to the erased district are now handled properly.
Fix taxi logic so that both the start and end locations are now considered when deciding whether to allow the human to take a taxi.
Add additional filters for campus/industry/park districts.

Add taxi support.
Improved matching algorithm to make it work nicer with with Rebalanced Industries and Optimized Outside Connections.
Fixed bug where users could not alter the SupplyReserve parameter.
Added more granular control for special factories that consume multiple materials. Supply in restrictions in that case are on a per-material basis. (See Prepositioning raw materials for special factories in wiki for an example)
