---- BUGS & TYPOS FIXES ----

- The recon Infantry bug making those units able to fire through cover, when they shouldn't see their enemy, has been fixed. Now recon Infantry is using native recon value and don't benefit from any spotting bonus when staying still.
Recon Motorbikes are still benefiting from staying still tho.

- The ISU-152 and StuH 42 are now all able to fire as indirect, as they should.
- The bug concerning the Smoke grenades for the Felderito Jaror unit has been fixed.
- The PzSchreck team in the Hungarian 2nd Armored (AT tab) has received it rightful transport.
- Addition of the missing Arty Leader card (BatterieFührer) in the Harteneck.
- The missing tags to make all the Infantry guns compatible with the Arty Leader trait have been added.

---- GAMEPLAY CHANGES ----

- The costs of following units have been modified :
* 40M 40mm AT gun : 30 --> 40.
* 80mm 29/38M AA : 100 --> 115.

* 45mm M-42 : 30 --> 40.

* Trucks as transport option for arties : 5K --> 4K.

- The stats for all 37mm AA against planes have been buffed.
- The aim time for all 37 and 40mm AA weapons against planes has been slightly reduced (8 --> 6s)

- The availability for all off-map units have been substantially reduced.

---- MISC CHANGES ----

- The TU-2S (2x250kg bombs) have received its rightful CAS trait.
- Addition of one additionnal Support slot in the Hungarian 2nd Armored Division.
- The availability for Turan tanks have been reduced in the Hungarian 2nd Armored and 1.Lovas.
- The amount of AA availability has been slightly increased in the Soviet 16th Infantry, 84th Infantry and 29th Tank Corps.
- The 14. Infanterie has lost its A phase JU-88 Incendiary. It now limited to phase B at best.
- The amount of Fi156 Storch in the 14. Infanterie has been reduced.
- Addition of the Me 210 Ca-1 (8x50kg bombs) in the 12. Tartalék.
- Addition of the FlakPz IV Wirbelwind in the 4. Panzer.
- Addition of the DshK HMG in the Soviet 356th Guards Infantry.

- The Hungarian 2nd Armored division is now into the game, ending the Hungarian quadrilogy.

- The cost of the following units have been modified :

- The Stealth bonus value given by the Infantry entrenchment has been nerfed from +2 to +0.6.
- The Activation time for the Infantry stealth entrenchment ability has been reduced from 20 to 8s.
- The Damage reduction bonuses given by the Infantry entrenchment has been reduced.
- The Activation time for the TD's Camo net ability has been reduced from 120 to 60s.

The mod is now working normally again with Steam workshop when subscribed. Sorry for the issue yesterday.
IMPORTANT NOTE : BEFORE PLAYING AGAIN, deactivate all red storm versions and quit the game when you've gone back on vanilla.
Then, delete the folder named 'mod' in C:/Users/Your Login/Saved Games/EugenSystems/SteelDivision2. After you've done all that, you can launch the game again and reactivate Red Storm.

- The aim time for the off maps has been increased :
* 75 and 76mm : around 50s.
* 76mm SU-76 : around 40s.
* 25Pdr (86.7mm) : around 55s.
* 100mm and 105mm : around 60s.
* 122mm : around 70s.
* 149 and 150mm : around 85s.
* 173mm : 95s.
* 203, 210 and 220mm : around 120s.

- The aim time for all the AA units (only against air units) have been increased :
* 12.7 and 13.2mm : 3.5s.
* 20 and 25mm : 6s.
* 37 and 40mm : 8s.
* 75, 80, 85 and 88mm : 12s.

---- BUG FIXES ----

* The economies of the Harteneck have been fixed.
* All the off-map bugs that caused the game to crash have been fixed.
* The bugs regarding the Huszar PK. and the Jäger Pionier Führer units that caused the game to crash, have been fixed.
* The lack of a 2000m range rule line when pressing C has been fixed.
* The Schützen Führer in the 78.Sturm has been correctly placed in the Support tab.
* The Beo.Schwimmwagen (21cm) in the 12.Tartalék has lost its BMW.R75 transport.

After two months and a half of intense struggle, Red Storm is finally back !

In that regards, I wanted to make a special shout out for HerrBaron who helped me to solve issues with the code that I wouldn't have been able to fix by myself otherwise. Thank you again !

Sadly, and for a yet unknown reason, the mod is not showing in the mod center when updating via Steam workshop.
I'll see if I can fix that issue myself, but in the meantime, here is a way to install it manually :

1. Download the mod archive at this link : https://www.dropbox.com/s/gb1vciw77jaj5yb/mod.rar?dl=0
2. Go to C:/Users/Your Login/Saved Games/EugenSystems/SteelDivision2 and extract the content of the archive (it's normally just a folder named mod) in here.
3. Launch the game and activate the mod, as normal.

- All the following vehicles have received a radio : SdKfz 221, SdKfz 221 sPzB41, SdKfz 222, SdKfz 223, SdKfz 231, SdKfz 232, SdKfz 233, SdKfz 234/1, SdKfz 234/2 and SdKfz 234/3.
- Most recon planes now have a radio.

- The turn radius of all planes has been increased by a factor of 1.3.

- All Rifles and LMGs are not able to fire on the move anymore.
- All Explosives, Molotovs, AT Grenades and Frag Grenades are now able to be fired on the move.

- The recon values of a lot of units have been increased :
* Infantry, HMGs, Open topped vehicles and field guns : 90 --> 100.
* Recon vehicles : 125 --> 160.
* Recon planes : increased by a factor of 1.5.
* When staying still for 8sec, Infantry recon and motorbikes recon units now increase their base value (100) by a factor of 3.4.

- The activation time for the Entrenchment Stealth boost of Infantry and HMGs has been reduced to 20s.
- The activation time for the Entrenchment Damage reduction of Infantry and HMGs has been reduced to 60s.
- The activation time for the Entrenchment Bonus of Field guns (not HMGs) has been set up at 45s.

- The Influence of all HMGs has been increased from 0.8 to 1.2.
- The Influence of all Leader and Command units has been increased from 0.165 to 0.17.
- The Influence of all German Infantry has been reduced from 0.16 to 0.15.

- Due to the fact that the old Infantry off-map units were making the mod crash, I had to replace all Off-maps based on such infantry units by ones based on light vehicles, for all divisions.

- All the divisions have now received the first version of a new Ranking / Classification system. It has been made to allow players to have a mean of balancing teams and or duels (if played in 1v1), due to the less adaptative nature of the divisions' economies in RS.

Composed of one letter (phase orientation) and one number (overll power in that phase), this system replaces the old A, B and C system from Vanilla :
* From A1 to A3 : Those divisions are very aggressive and heavily oriented towards early play. They're balanced between them and B1.
* From B1 to B3 : Those divisions are from both worlds. They can be somewhat aggressive in A while retaining a solid income in B. They focus on a more balanced way of play and are adapted to be played between them, plus C1.
* From C1 to C3 : Those divisions are low to enter into the game and focus on gradually coming to power. While being adapted to play in 3v3+ matches, they can be very tricky in 1v1/2v2s. As such, they're balanced to play between them, or against B3 max.

- The Physical damage value of the StG44 in burst mode has been slightly increased.
- The Physical and Suppression damage values for all MRLS have been slightly reduced.

- The AT guns now benefit from their own special entrenchment bonus. As for the infantry one, it kicks in after staying still for at least 2min. But afterwards, the AT gun will gain a great improvement to their Stealth value, as well as a hefty reduction to Physical damage.
This ability is replacing the old one from vanilla, where AT guns were benefitting from Stealth bonus but not to Physical damage.

- The view range for AA units should have been increased. As i'm not sure about the exact line to change, i'll need as many feedback about it as possible.
