- Fixed issue that badges couldn't be assigned after a player had connected to the server.
- Fixed bug that the "Row Changer" button allways apperaed in the menu
- New default custom badge row is 5 (all badges which are assigned in the old format are put into row 5 )

- Now GiveBadge( int UserId, string BadgeName, string Row ) and GiveBadge( int UserId, string BadgeName, int Row ) are both valid

Badges+ 1.5:

- Added support for multiple rows of custom badges. Guides and docs how to do this will follow asap.
- Removed alot things which where still used from huze mod even as the don't have any useage any more.
- Cleaned Up and tweaked code at multiple Points

- Mod is now fully using the entry system only.
