Changed range on Azhag's ability. Added support for SFO Units.

Changed Quell animosity damage to vigor effects. Removed damage from animosity triggering as it was a little heavy handed to take the damage with not much to show for it. Should be more balanced for the game while staying true to the spirit of the tabletop.
