hotfix. Fixed melee animations for Cop (Thanks to Sentryandreas for reporting) Cleaned up a bit of code for Cop.

GTA LCS NPC Changelog

- LCPD Officer will no longer spawn with Shotguns
- SWAT will no longer spawn with Shotguns
-+ Military will no longer spawn with Glock 17 & Shotgun, but they will spawn with an extra weapon, MP5

!!The sqauds will still have their extra weapons equipped.!!

+Added new voice set for Military (GTA 3 voice)
+Different animations for Military and Cop, thanks to Sentryandreas.
+Military can now use Grenades
+Added reload sounds.

In true fashion, the shotgun will no longer be reloadable.

Changes/Fixes Added uzi, wow, i missed that. Added materials to weapons, no more errors, disbaled grenade attacks for Soldiers. (Will be re-added)
