x Remove magatama meter

* Zetta become enhanced on finishing the sheath animation after hitting opponent, instead of canceling it.

* Enhanced state can be spend on 1 enhanced special (except Dspec) or make the next normal deal more damage (same effect as the previous 8 Halo buff, except for 1 hit.)

* Access to old metersss system by holding special on match start, lose all new mechanisms.
