Fix for 1.08

Fix so the inside of the car are displaying the exterior colour
Added second barrel, camo net and shovel (any melee slot).
Added 15% more torque
Green version reworked with a new exterior ranger green colour

Fixed land rover overriding base canister gasoline, seachest and barrel items config
Updated scripts (should be less conflicts)
Improved brake behaviour (wheels aren’t blocked anymore when braking)

Changes;

Fixed so lower front bumper isn’t see-through

Moved the steering wheel higher up so the dashboard is easier to see

Fixed so when you are steering the car the arm doesn’t stick through the window
