Fixed the 2020 spawning with only Headlights & Taillights by default. It now comes equipped with the Red/Blue Package (Custom). You can still change it to be whatever you'd like by, holding C and right-clicking on the vehicle and going to equipment.

Updated the equipment tab;
• Made useless tabs easier to navigate and access.

Well, nothing actually was added in this version, Lily forgot to upload the new files that adds all the of the new sparkly stuff... And managed to make it break with some addons. My bad...
