New Actions panel per each player:

• Pops out on LMB click on player's nickname.
  
• Player's website-profile button. By default opens player's plrofile on the official Metrostroi website. Buut Admins can replace it by defying their own link in server convar mscoreboard_website. The custom website link must contain full address excluding player's SteamID. E.g. mscoreboard_website "https://metrostroi.net/profile/" for https://metrostroi.net/profile/STEAM_0:1:12345678
  
• Player's website-profile button can be completely disabled by setting mscoreboard_website to 0.
  
• Player's metadmin profile button (profile will open if the calling player has permission to ulx prid command).
  
• "Teleport to player" button (executes ulx goto if the calling player has permission to ulx goto command).
  
• Traintp button (executes ulx goto if the calling player has permission to ulx goto command). Available only on servers that have Metrostroi Advanced ).
  
  
• Some new features for server admins:
  
• Kick button (executes ulx kick for target player if the calling player has permission to ulx kick command).
