Fixed L-39ZA turret error for all factions

Fixed missing suppressors on czechoslovakian spetsnaz unit weapons.

Changed czechoslovakian spetsnaz LMG unit weapon from RPK to VZ.58 Klec.

- Fixed units with broken turrets.

- Fixed/Ajusted wrong loadouts.

- Replaced all old M88 uniforms with new model ones(old ones are still available to use)

- Replaced 6B3 vests in pact units with suspender equiptment.

- Added New M88 uniforms with pact camos.

- Removed Soviet Armed Forces dependency.

Added Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian Factions.

Added bulgarian splinter M88 uniforms and caps.

Added hungarian sage M88 uniforms and caps.

Added camoflage berets in East german strichtarn, czechoslovakian jehlicí and bulgarian splinter.

Added roundals to pact vehicles.

Added strichtarn and khaki Chicom vests.

Replaced Kord machine guns for all factions with DShk machine guns (did not exist until 1998).

Czechoslovakian officer, driver, crew, pilot, sniper, and Spetsnaz units now use the Škorpion vz-61 as there sidearm.

All SpecOps units except for poland now use the Škorpion vz-61 as there sidearm.

Changed FJB-40 name to Kommando.
