Attempted to fix some issues with bulk bogan who has texture issues, but the fix didn't work. But don't worry were working on it.

Added - Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario (has c arms but has messed up fingers, will be fixed in a later update).
Added - Count Blecks Scepter as a SWEP (just acts as a crowbar at the moment).
